We arrange the whole day
Our reach goes well beyond the site’s catalogue. Boats, tables, wineries, transport, guides — if it happens in the Algarve, we can arrange it.
A party on the boat
The whole boat just for your group, with bar and catering on board. 12 boats in the catalogue, from €110 to €4545.28 — and more beyond it.

We design the day from the right pieces, line the times up between operators and issue it all at once.
The hills, just for you
The jeep safari and the quads and buggies can also be taken privately, with nobody else along — half day, full day or at sunset. For a large group, we put together as many vehicles as it takes.
Transport is part of the plan: hotel pick-up, a van or a coach for the group — we arrange it ahead of time and tell you the cost before you book.

We talk to whoever runs it
A group day brings several companies together: the boat, the table, the transport. We work the details out together with our partners and come back with what can actually be done.

You get the proposal with everything written down
What is included, the total price and the price per person, and the booking terms — deposit, deadlines and what happens if the number changes. Asking is free and books nothing.

Once approved, we issue and send
We are a licensed agency (RNAVT 9292): we issue it all at once and send it by email.
A group is not put together with one click — it involves several companies and timings that have to fit around each other. The earlier you ask, the more options you have.
What we have learned about hosting groups
A group is not one big booking — it is half a dozen things that go wrong in different places. These are the ones that save you, and us, the trouble.
The number will change
Nobody knows how many they are on the first try. Give us the range instead of an exact number — we will tell you how late you can still adjust without losing the booking.
One person speaks, the whole group stays informed
We work with one contact on each side. A group deciding in ten voices on a chat loses the date — and in summer the date is what runs out first.
The boat does not wait
We set the meeting time with slack and confirm the day before. On sea departures one person late makes everyone late, and the tide does not negotiate.
Tell us what gets in the way
Children, reduced mobility, pregnancy, non-swimmers, allergies and dietary needs. This is not paperwork: it changes what we recommend, and it avoids the surprise on the quay.
At sea, the weather decides
When conditions do not allow it, we reschedule or refund. The cancellation terms for your day are written into the proposal, before you pay for anything.
Two activities in one day need slack
Between them there is the drive, the lunch and the unexpected. We line the times up between operators — and we tell you when it does not fit.
Experiences booked whole
The price on the card is for the group, not per person — mind the unit next to it (per boat, per vehicle, per group). And there is more beyond the catalogue: just ask.

How many of us can there be?
From a couple to large groups. Every boat and vehicle has its own capacity, and there is always a solution that fits — for bigger groups we combine boats or vehicles. Tell us how many you are and we build around it.
Is the price per person or for the group?
On the private experiences, it is for the group. 12 are sold per boat, 2 per group and 1 per vehicle — the unit is written next to the price on every card. They run from €110 to €4545.28, and that is the total.
Do you organise team building, hen and stag parties or birthdays?
Yes. We do not sell fixed packages: we design the day from the right pieces. The boat is chartered whole, the table and the bar come from partners of ours, and we line the times up and issue it all at once. Tell us the occasion and how many you are.
Do you handle transport?
Yes. Some experiences already include hotel pick-up — it is shown on each one. And when the group needs a van or a coach, we arrange it with our partners: we just need some notice, and the cost is agreed before you book.
Can you book a restaurant or a winery?
Yes. We work with restaurants, bars and wineries across the Algarve and we book on your behalf — whether it is lunch after the boat or a farewell dinner. Tell us the style and the budget per person.
Does asking commit me to anything?
No. Asking is free and books nothing — we come back with what is possible and the price. The booking terms (deposit, deadlines and what happens if the numbers change) are written into the proposal, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
How far ahead should I ask?
As early as you can: a whole boat is booked once per departure, so the date is what runs out first. Give us the date and we will check it with the operators.
Can you combine two experiences in one day?
Yes. We are a licensed agency (RNAAT 1319/2016 · RNAVT 9292): we build the day with the operators, line the times up between them and issue it all at once.
