Frequently Asked Questions
Half day, full day or sunset — which one?
The half day (about 4 hours) is the classic introduction and works for most people. The full day (about 6h30) includes lunch and goes deeper inland — for those who want to give the day to the hills. The sunset tour (about 3 hours) is the shortest and the most photogenic, with late afternoon light over the villages.
Open jeep or closed Land Rover?
The open jeep is the classic safari: you feel the wind, the dust and the landscape with no glass in between. The closed Land Rover is the covered alternative, more sheltered from sun and dust — and the one to consider when younger children are travelling.
What are the combined safaris?
They pair the jeep with a second activity: Safari & Boat (4 hours by jeep plus 2h30 at sea looking for dolphins), Safari & Kayak and Safari & Coasteering. They take longer and cost more than the plain safari, but they fill a whole day with both hills and sea.
Can we have the safari just for our group?
You can, on any of the options — half day, full day or sunset. A private departure is set on the booking itself, in the part where you choose how many people are going: that is where you can take the whole jeep for your group instead of sharing it. For larger groups, with more than one jeep, talk to us and we will build the day around you.
