Company Information and Responsibility

Golden Sardines Ltd. (brand Algarve Moments) represented here with the license RNAAT 1319/2016 and RNAVT 9292, is the responsible and booking agent between customers, the carrier and all suppliers that contribute to the tours presented on this website.

Golden Sardines Ltd. is not responsible for death, illness, injury, damage or loss of any kind of our passengers during tours.

Golden Sardines Ltd. has all the insurance required by Portuguese law for the performance of all its activities and services, through insurers Allianz. Seguros e Tranquilidade.

Golden Sardines Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking, without the right to refund, for all customers who show signs of alcoholism, drugs or any type of behavior that is inappropriate and harmful to the quality of the tour.

Golden Sardines Ltd. is not responsible for any damages or losses of personal belongings during activities.

Activity Scheduling and Changes

Activity schedules are subject to change due to technical and logistical reasons.

Golden Sardines Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any activity that is not feasible due to insufficient bookings.

Activities may be subject to change due to technical, operational, meteorological or other reasons.

Golden Sardines Ltd. reserves the right to change activities and prices without prior notice due to circumstances outside of its control.

Complaints and Cancellation

All changes, complaints or cancellations must be communicated in writing to Golden Sardines Ltd.

Complaints will only be accepted when presented to the issuing agency of the ticket/voucher, within a maximum of 5 days after the tour has taken place. In accordance with the directives of the European Community, complaints will only be valid if the involved suppliers (hotels, guides or local agents) confirm the veracity of the alleged facts. Any litigation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Algarve Consumer Conflict Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre.

In case of cancellation, the following refund rules will apply: cancellations must be made with a minimum advance notice of 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participation and Customer Agreement

By participating in the activities offered by Golden Sardines Ltd. and partners, customers agree to follow all instructions and regulations provided by the company and to accept all risks and responsibilities involved.

Entries to monuments, meals, and extras are only included when specifically mentioned.

Prices and Fees

The prices presented here include all taxes and fees according to Portuguese law.
